Are travel costs included?

Answer: Yes, absolutely! We believe in providing an stress-free experience for our clients, which is why all travel costs are already included within each of our packages. You can rest assured that there will be no hidden charges, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special day without any worries about additional expenses. Whether your wedding is local or requires us to travel, our commitment is to capture your cherished moments with the utmost care and dedication, without any extra costs on your end.

Where are you located?

Answer: I'm based in Staffordshire, but I am more than willing to travel wherever the love stories take me. Whether your wedding is in the local area or at a destination further afield, I am committed to capturing your cherished moments with passion and dedication. No matter the location, my goal is to create beautiful and timeless photographs that will forever remind you of the magic and love shared on your special day.

When do we receive our photos?

Answer: The delivery timeline for your photos depends on the package you choose. For all-day packages, it's typically around 6 - 8 weeks with a preview of the wedding within 48 hours. For shorter packages, it's usually around 3-6 weeks. All of your images are delivered by a USB and through the website with a private download.

When should I book?

Answer: The ideal time to book your photography services is when you feel ready and have confirmed your wedding venue and other essential details. Feel free to reach out to me, and we can discuss your wedding photography needs in more detail. Booking at a time that suits you ensures that I can dedicate my attention and expertise to capture every beautiful moment of your special day with care and precision. Your satisfaction and comfort are my top priorities, and I am here to assist you throughout the process of creating stunning and lasting memories.

How much is the deposit?

Answer: The deposit amount is calculated as 15% of your chosen package. To simplify the payments, the deposit is often rounded down. When you make an inquiry regarding booking, I will provide you with a clear clarification of the deposit amount and the payment process. Rest assured, the deposit secures your chosen date, allowing us to plan and prepare for your wedding day photography, capturing every precious moment with care and dedication. 

When does the full balance have to be paid?

Answer: The full balance must be cleared no later than 4 weeks before the wedding date. Clearing the balance by this deadline ensures that all arrangements are in place, allowing us to focus solely on capturing your special day with undivided attention and meticulous care. 

Will I meet you before my Wedding?

Answer: Absolutely! Before your wedding day, we will arrange a meeting either in person or via a video chat, depending on your preference and travel distance. This consultation is a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know each other better. I will take the time to guide you through what a typical wedding day looks like from a photography perspective, and we can discuss all the details you want to cover. This meeting is essential in ensuring that we are on the same page and that I fully understand your vision and preferences for capturing your special day. Your comfort and confidence in my services are paramount, and I'm here to make the photography experience a seamless and enjoyable one for you. 

Do you provide a contract/agreement?

Answer: Absolutely! I provide what I like to call "agreements" because it feels more approachable and less formal, yet it remains essential for both parties. These agreements are designed to be clear, easy to read, and outline all the important details of our partnership. Once the deposit has been received, I will promptly send you the agreement, ensuring that all terms and expectations are well-defined and agreed upon. This ensures transparency and mutual understanding, giving you peace of mind as we proceed with planning and preparing for your special day. If you have any questions or need further clarification on any aspect of the agreement, feel free to reach out, and I'll be delighted to assist you.

How many photos will we receive?

Answer: I wholeheartedly embrace what I like to call the "free photos" mentality. When you book a session with me, the cost covers not just my time and talent but also any physical products included in your package and the editing process. Your photos are essentially a gift from me to you. This means there isn't a predefined set number of images you'll receive; instead, you'll get all the wonderful and great moments captured during your wedding day. Every precious memory, emotion, and detail will be thoughtfully included in your final gallery, ensuring that you have an exquisite collection of images that authentically portray your special day. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I'm dedicated to delivering a generous and beautiful collection that you and your loved ones will cherish for a lifetime.

Typically an 8 hour weddings will receive around 400-800 photos. A 2-3 hour package usually receives around 60-85 images. .
